One Rock Dam Installation - Fall PDC 2014

Teacher of the practicum, Brenton Kelly, demonstrates the placement of rocks and gravel.
One of the students hauling some of the rocks.
Students with tools pose atop the Zuni Bowl!
The students create a bucket line to get the gravel from the truck to the bottom of the channel.
The One Rock Dam. Almost completed!
The last of the gravel being unloaded from the truck.
The final product. It may not look like much but this simple design will stabilize this part of our watershed over time. The Zuni Bowl can be seen in the background.
