Amanda Canty

Blackfoot & Cherokee • She/her/hers • Non-Binary

Amanda currently serves as a Restorative Justice Educator, Spoken Word Artist, Facilitator, and Activist. With years of experience facilitating community circles in the nature-based retreat center The Ojai Foundation. She is thrilled to be apart of the Quail Springs Sustainable Vocations program and hopes that all those she serves remember their connection to themselves, nature and each other and appreciate and engage with difference. She explores this through the work she does with spoken word, songs of her ancestors, facilitating circles, role play, art, nature connection, experimental pro-social learning experiences and holding space for curious and courageous dialogue to take place. She believes in Uplifting and magnifying all voices and our own unique contributions in the hopes of healing together in community and being in and on this earth in a good way.
